To PrintScreen (black letters on a white background)

1. Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel and open "Display". (WindowsKey+S+C, down arrow to Display, Enter)
2. Click on the "Appearance" tab.
3. Click on the "Scheme" scroll-down selection box and choose "Windows Standard (Large)".
4. Click OK (Enter).
5. Close Control Panel (ALT+F4)
6. Open "My Documents"
7. Maximize the window (ALT+Spacebar+X).
8. Open the folder that you want to printscreen.
9. Arrow down until you get to the view you want.
10. Press CTRL+ NumPad Plus (this will adjust the columns for best sizing).
11. Press the "Print Screen" key.
12. Click the Close button (Enter).
13. Start Microsoft Word (CTRL+ALT+W).
14. Go to File>Page Setup and select the "Paper Size" tab .
15. Select the paper to "Landscape" orientation (turned 90 degrees)
16. Click OK (Enter).
17. Go to View>Zoom and select "Page Width".
18. Click OK (enter)
19. Paste the Picture (CTRL+V).
20. Select The Picture (click mouse).
21. Go to Format>Picture.
22. Select the "Size" tab.
23. Set the Width to 10 inches.
24. Click OK (enter).
25. Now print the document (CTRL+P+ENTER).
26. After printing, close Word (ALT+F4), do not save changes.
27. Repeat as necessary.
28. To restore display to black background:
29. Go to Start>Settings>Control Panel and open "Display". (WindowsKey+S+C, down arrow to Display, Enter)
30. Click on the "Appearance" tab.
31. Click on the "Scheme" scroll-down selection box and choose "Odegaard".
32. Click OK (enter).
