Arrow to the email in the
list view
ALT + F, down arrow to Save Attachments, press ENTER
The file name will be spoken by JAWS, Up or Down arrow to listen to
the name of the other files (if there is more than one attached).
Now TAB to "save in:" and check that the destination is C:\Documents
and Settings\username\My Documents.
If not; then TAB to Browse, press Spacebar, then up arrow until you
hear My Documents, press ENTER.
Press ENTER to save the attachments to the My Documents folder.
Open My Documents. If it is already open, press F5 to refresh the view.
Arrow down to the saved attachment files and hit ENTER to Open the file
