Internet Explorer 6: Downloading and Saving Files with JAWS

In Internet Explorer, assuming that you are at the link that will begin a download, do the following:
ENTER to activate the download link, a dialog box appears asking you what to do, TAB to SAVE, hit ENTER.
A Save As dialog box will appear, ALT + I to the SAVE IN: pull down menu and listen to where the save location is currently. If it is not what you want, DOWN ARROW, then UP ARROW, until you hear My Documents.
Hit ENTER, At this point, when you click Save, Your file will be saved directly into the My Documents folder.
But if you want to save the file to another folder that is inside of the My Documents folder (such as the Downloads folder), do the following:
UP or DOWN ARROW and locate the Downloads folder, hit ENTER.
Before you save the file to the folder, TAB to the FILE NAME: edit box and listen to the name of the file for future reference.
Now save using the hotkey ALT + S. The file will commence a download from the internet to your hard drive in the Downloads folder inside of My Documents.
When complete, you will hear a bell-like sound, and the download is complete.
Depending on the setting of Internet Explorer, you may be sitting at a dialog box telling you that the download is complete, if so press ESCAPE. If not, you will be back at the download page of the website, you can exit Internet Explorer if desired.
